Someone you care about or feel responsible for is doing something self destructive. You have tried to intervene but your efforts have been refused. You fear that they will cause themselves either emotional or physical harm if they continue what they are doing. The graphicness of your dream is not the most importnat part. It may indicate how imortant the matter is or often times if you are cold when you are asleep it causes more intense dreams.
