What is wrong with my car?

I have a 2004 ford escape...My battery and altenator went out and when my car died my radio went out now that I have got a new battery and altenator my radio still wont work (at all, no display) also my locks wont work unless the key is in the ignition and turned, also dome lights wont work at all either. I changed 2 fuses but that didnt help. So Idk what it is. Is it a ground wire short or a faulty wire. tell me if you can how to go about fixing it
