Where is the Type III secretion system in prokaryotes found?

A TSS involves two components, an A and B component. Usually the B component accesses a cell by attaching to a receptor on another cell and then once the A component enters the cell it interacts with certain parts of the cell (like a signal transduction pathway). The A component may be the proteins in question.
