Is he just being friendly? Or is he interested in me?

I met this guy friend a few months ago. We've only really met 4 or 5 times but get on great. Anyhow, he's kind of reserved but we still have lovely conversations. We met for a coffee a few days ago I was telling him about a friend's wedding I had been at and next thing he said 'now we'll have to get married. Aren't you going to marry?' I smiled 'I'm on my own at the moment, but I don't always want to be alone'. Then I was telling him that I'm having problems in the house I'm in at the moment and he said 'you're welcome to come over and stay a bit in my place'. I said 'where will I sleep?' He said 'on the sofa'. (I've been to his place before and he was very gentlemanly and respectful. Yesterday he called and said that next weekend I'm invited to his place. I told him I enjoyed our get together and I could hear a bit of embarassment in his voice. He's not the type to openly compliment but he is very kind to me. I also mentioned I'm taking salsa clases and he said he wants to come with me one time. We're both 30+, single and no children.
