Is it possible to have a real wolf tail or any tail attached to your body and be able to use it?

Every person at time in their life has wanted to be an animal. If we have the technology (and personally I think we do) would it be possible to have an animal's tail attached coccyx and have it warm and have blood flowing through it? I mean wouldn't that be cool, having a real animal tail to where your brain actually has control over it? It sounds like a neat idea, but would probably cost a lot of money and time, but I think it would be worth it. Like with every animal, the tail is just a move-able appendage that helps the animal keep its balance, show emotions, play with, etc., Really this is just a thought, but actually try to imagine what it'd be like to have a tail. You'd be a hybrid, human/ whatever animal. You could breed with someone and pass off the genes for your offspring to have a tail! xD Sorry, getting off subject. But really, take this into consideration. And please, no smart remarks, those just make you look like a jerk.
