What does a dream about a bad heart mean?

Last night I had a dream, i can only remember half of it though, that my heart was bad so i had a machine in my chest. I don't know how it got there and i was carrying my own heart around in a plastic sac. I tried putting ice on it so it would keep like a cut off appendage i guess ur supposed to keep it in ice or something. Then i would tell my mom to take me to the hospital and she would put it off and wouldn't listen to me until she called the ambulance. I could hear my heart beating in my dream and it was beating weird and i figured i needed to get my heart put back in. When the paramedics arrived i became very scared at the thought of surgery so i was deciding wether to keep the whatever it was keeping me alive or the heart i had in a sac as my eye sight kept getting blurrier and splotchy.... then i woke up but ive thought about it all day and wonder what it means?
